TERMS AND CONDITIONS
^{By commissioning me, you agree to the following:}

I, as an artist:

Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.
Can deny any commission if client violates T&C or as I choose
Maintain the right to keep my prices fixed

You, as the client:

May use your commission for commercial purposes ( merch / promo art. no NFTs)
May edit, crop, and resize the art. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.
May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.
May request small edits to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.
Do not claim my work as your own.

Will Draw

Humans / Humanoids / Anthros / Furries
Couples / Ships
Gore / Body Horror ( ask )
NSFW (mhehe)
Simple Mech / Machinery
Different artstyle ( chibi, jjba, kny, must be discussed )

Won't Draw

Hateful themes ( Transphobic, Homophobic, Anti - semetic, Racism etc)
NSFW depicting minors
Mechs ( i.e Dva's mech, machine guns )
Fetishes ( depending on the nature, ask )

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The holiday discount doesn't affect the extra pricing!
You can contact me in any of the provided socials in the contact information
Feel free to message me at any time to ask about commission progress! I will be honest and upfront about everything regarding your commission.
No refunds once I finish the sketch and begin the actual piece itself
If possible, send me image or link references of what you want me to draw.
WIPs will be shared in chats and finished piece will be sent through a Google drive shared with the client
Commission pieces will usually take under a month depending on the complexity of the piece.
If there is a deadline for said commission piece, PLEASE INFORM ME
Mode of payment will be through Paypal
I accept all forms of currency but GBP is my main one
